1. 📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/WhatsApp once your package is dispatched.
2. ⏱️ Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–4 business days
- Other Indian States: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: May take additional time depending on local courier service availability
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to external factors like weather, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. 💰 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999/-
- For orders below ₹999/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout
4. 🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding globally and will update our customers once international delivery becomes available.

We partner with reliable logistics services such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and other trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
