For over two decades, she worked tirelessly as a tailor—stitching from dawn till dusk to support her family and ensure her children received the education she was never afforded.
Tailoring was her world, her identity. But behind every stitch was hidden stress, exhaustion, and declining health. Years of relentless work and a diet of processed food took their toll, and she was diagnosed with thyroid goiter. The pain was severe. Eating became difficult. Even speaking for a few minutes left her breathless. Doctors delivered a harsh warning: the condition had a 30% risk of turning cancerous, and surgery seemed inevitable.
But Aruna didn’t surrender.
She began to wonder: If stress and chemicals brought me here, can nature take me back?
With that question, a quiet revolution began in her backyard. She started a small organic garden—no pesticides, no shortcuts—just clean, natural vegetables and leafy greens for her family. Within months, something miraculous happened: her health improved drastically. The swelling reduced. The pain eased. When she returned to the doctor, surgery was no longer needed. The answer had been growing just outside her kitchen window.
That experience became her mission.
