🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Green Alchemy, we value your trust and strive to deliver quality, chemical-free products made using natural farming practices. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. 🛍️ Return & Exchange Eligibility
Since our products are consumable, natural powders, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
- You inform us within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste, texture, or personal preferences due to the perishable nature of the products.

In your message, include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product and packaging (in case of damage or defect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
3. 💳 Refund Processing Time
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. 🚫 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order. To cancel quickly, please call or email us immediately after placing the order.
5. ❗ Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if the product has been used or tampered with.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by courier companies or customer unavailability.
